NORTH WEST REGION COUNCIL MEETINGS 2026  

Dates: of meetings to be held at Leigh Cricket Club, Beech Walk, Leigh WN7 3LH, at 19.30hrs.

17th May 2026        AGM 1100hrs Venue @ NWR Meet.                                     

Post AGM Meeting on Site - all NWR Councillors & Reps. Approx 1300hrs

30th June 2026       Council Meeting   last before Summer.

23rd September 2026      Sites Officers Meeting

6th October 2026        Council Meeting

22nd November 2026      SAT. @ Social late Camping weekend x 3N

22nd Saturday  1330hrs. - 15.30hs. COUNCIL MEMBERS Meeting 

22nd Saturday  1600hrs   1st  Regional Meet Meeting for 2027. 

Any interested Club member welcome.

Venue on Site – 19th - 22nd  November 26.  Booking needed.  .

Most of the above dates are Tuesdays and start at 19:30hrs prompt.  The Club has a Bar, open at 19:00hrs.  We are in the room round back entrance to the Pavilion or smaller room with entrance from road.  (You will be notified if ZOOM) Please bring a printed copy of your Agenda and Minutes with you.  Expenses will now be paid electronically to Authorised Personnel.

Councillors - Please tender your apologies to the Secretary. If you are unable to attend as a Councillor or DA./ Section Appointed.
