NORTH WEST REGION COUNCIL MEETINGS 2026  

Dates: of meetings to be held at Leigh Cricket Club, Beech Walk, Leigh WN7 3LH, at 19.30hrs.

We Don’t normally enter via Bar- usual room round back, ent. @ Pavilion, or room door on  main road.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     10th February 2026           Regional Meet Sub-Comm. Meeting

10th March 2026                Council Meeting

17th May 2026        AGM 1100hrs Venue @ NWR Meet.                                     

Post AGM Meeting on Site - all NWR Councillors & Reps. Approx 1300hrs  

Interested Observers welcome, but please notify us.

30th June 2026       Council Meeting   last before Summer.

22nd September 2026      Sites Officers Meeting

6th October 2026        Council Meeting

14th November 2026      SAT. @ Social late Camping weekend x 3 Nights

Saturday  1330hrs. - 15.30hs. COUNCIL MEMBERS Meeting 

Saturday  1600hrs   1st  Regional Meet Meeting. 

Any interested Club member welcome. Venue on Site - TBA  Booking needed.

Most of the above dates are Tuesdays and start at 19:30hrs prompt.  The Club has a Bar, open at 19:00hrs.  We are in the room round back entrance to the Pavilion or smaller room with entrance from road.  (You will be notified if ZOOM) Please bring a printed copy of your Agenda and Minutes with you.  Expenses will now be paid electronically. 

Councillors – please tender your apologies to the Secretary. If you are unable to attend as DA./ Section appointed.

Representatives –please also tender your apologies to the Secretary and for good communication please arrange for a Deputy to attend and continue to circulate all of the topics discussed at the Meeting, back to your Group…………..Thank you.
