National AGM & Chairman’s dinner dance.

The Chairman’s Annual Dinner Dance is being held at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel, Heathrow Airport, Bath Road, Hayes UB3 5BP, on Saturday 25 October 2025, following the Club’s AGM.

This event is open to all Club Members.

Forms should be returned no later than 31 August 2025 in order that the necessary arrangements for reservations and catering can be made with the Hotel.

Tickets for the dinner are £37.00 each, and payment details are on the form.

Reservations will be made for members wishing to stay at the hotel overnight.

Members will be responsible for settling their own hotel accounts before leaving the hotel. Parking at the hotel will be complimentary for all those attending.

 The dress code is black tie.
