Details: Council Members Meeting 13:30hrs Followed by the First Regional Meet Meeting 16:00hrs. All members welcome Venue on Site. Three Night Meet, Social Saturday Evening in Venue with Entertainment.
Location: Canberra Club, Samlesbury . Booking needed if Camping.
- Most of the above dates are Tuesdays and start at 19:30hrs prompt. The Club has a Bar, open at 1900hrs. We are generally in the room round back entrance to Pavilion or smaller room with entrance from road. (Council Members will be notified if taking place virtually)
- Please bring a printed copy of your Agenda and Minutes with you.
- Expenses will now be paid electronically. Mileage can be claimed, see Treasurer.
- Councillors – please tender your apologies to the Secretary nwr.sec@gmail.com prior to the meeting.
- If you are unable to attend as DA./ Section appointed Representatives – please also tender your apologies to the Secretary and for good communication please arrange for a Deputy to attend and continue to circulate all of the topics discussed at the Meeting back to your Group
